Important Instructions For Candidates Before filling the Application
FYUGP Subject selection (1st round, upgrade round) will be opened from 6PM 24/06/2026. Please use this portal to update your additional profile information, FYUGP subject preferences, and other relevant details. Follow the steps below to complete and finalize your admission.
- Login using your WBCAP Applicant Code and Date of Birth as entered in the application form.
- After logging in, you will find four tabs to check and verify your admission details. The tabs are as follows:
- Personal Details – Verify your personal information submitted through the Centralized Admission Portal. Please update your Anti Ragging Reference number
- Academic Details – Enter your 10+2 taught subjects.
- Files Upload – Upload your Colour photo for ID Card.
- Finalize Admission – Update your FYUGP subject selection and carefully review all details in the previous tabs and confirm. Once finalized, the application data cannot be modified. Please ensure all information is correct before final submission.
- Take a printout of your finalized application form for future reference and college submission.
